About
Made by someone who needed it.
ClayStudio is a one-maker studio. The app exists because the maker couldn't find a tool that fit the way pottery actually works — pieces that take weeks, glazes that have to be remembered, kiln loads that have to be planned. So he built one.
I'm அrvind. I throw at a community studio in McKinney, Texas, and I've been at it long enough to know how much the studio holds — pieces in every stage, glaze tests I keep meaning to redo, a kiln schedule that lives in my head until it doesn't.
Existing apps treated pottery like a hobby checklist: a list of items, a few tags, a done state. None of them mapped to what actually happens between idea and complete. ClayStudio is the app I wished existed when I started — and the one I now use every studio day.
Built in Swift for iPhone (and soon iPad). Every workflow comes from a real moment at the wheel. Every feature has been used, tested, and reshaped at least three times before shipping.
When everything else was hard, clay became my meditation and the studio my sanctuary.
